Sur 2601 admissions, chez 113 enfants atteints de la maladie de Bouillaud, hospitalises en cinq ans dans deux services de pediatrie de Teheran (C.H.U. de Pahlavi, C.H.U. de Logmandoleh Adham) 6 cas de manifestations cutanees (trois cas de nodules, trois cas d'erytheme marginatum) ont ete constates, trois d'entre eux souffrant d'une cardite severe et evolutive. En Iran !'incidence des signes cutanes du RAA ( 5,3 % des cas) semble plus faible par rapport aux pays anglo-saxons (7-11 % ) et plus elevee par rapport a certains pays d' Afrique et d'.
